i did not have ppp. but i do remember vividly thinking there was demons in my room coming from my hatch’s frequency ( ??? makes NO sense at all but it felt like it was like downloaded into my head and made sense at the time). luckily my partner took over nights for weeks so i could sleep. but oh my god sleep deprivation alone does crazy things & i experienced it and cannot explain or understand it fully and thats why i think im so eager to stand with postpartum moms. you cannot understand or comprehend it even as your going through it let alone people who have never gone through it

I tried so hard to be strong for my appointment. During the appointment he asked me if I was doing okay. I broke down and just started crying. He got me the help that I needed. I home all all moms get taken seriously ❤️
