Oh friend. I bought 3 things of protein during pre op. I can’t stand to touch them now and gag thinking about it. I’m 24 days post op sleeve and still have plenty left.

Mines on the 24th of this month 😭 I’m on day 1 of my liver shrinking diet and I’m already hungry lmao. I’m only allowed to do protein shakes from a specific protein brand, broth, water and sugar free popsicles, jello, and juice.

Everyone commenting saying she overstocked , everyone’s dr is different . I had surgery 2/5 , liver shrink was 2 weeks , liquid day before surgery clear only , two weeks after liquids and then off to soft food . I still rely on a protein shake a day 6 months post

wow thats a lot of shakes! they told me 4 protein shakes a day for 7 days and then broth and/or strained cream soups.
