I’m going to challenge this a little. I interview candidates every day, and these are the same questions I hear at the end of almost every interview. Asking them doesn’t necessarily show curiosity or separate a great candidate from an average one. The questions that impress me are specific to the conversation we just had something that proves you were listening, did your homework, and are genuinely thinking about the business and how you could contribute. Don’t ask a question just because you were told you should have questions. Ask me something that makes me stop and think. That’s what I remember.
