I had my first preggo stray show up at my back door last week. Got her fixed up, she’s ready for fetus free fall! But now I’m having trouble with the release part because she’s sooooooo affectionate. However, having 5 cats seems like the beginning of a problem. 🫠

Once feral kittens get to that age, they are very very hard to tame down, and most places don’t have the time and resources to put into that very lengthy process, that might not even work

I get the kitten release without any further explanation. Kitten season was WILD in my area. I can only imagine it’s was the same elsewhere. Rescues are at their limits. Not as many people are adopting during these trying time. At least it’s fixed and can’t further contribute to the over population problem.
