So a handful of cases are going to determine everybody else’s access to this level of healthcare? Can those folks not just handle the problem themselves in court? Why does everything with the Republicans have to be this massive federal government overhaul?

Jewish hospital itself needs to be investigated for conspiring with this mess. The OR staff were talking about how they’re pushing more transplants to get more funding, just at the end of last year with all the medicaid cuts. The hospital is going broke and trying to cover themselves, they do not care about the patients, it’s about money. The drugs alone for the transplants makes pharmacy way more money than any other patients. Of course they would be doing unethical things.
