to be fair in Wano they were going against "The Beast Pirates" it makes sense that most of the fruits were "Beast" based even the SMILE fruits were basically Zoans

It makes sense though. They fought the BEAST pirates, and then the 5 elders happened to be demonic entities. Also Oda’s been leaning into the whole mythological aspect too.

I mean, Wano had the beast pirates. So having an entire arc with beast pirates will have a huge concentration of Zoans. like how we were getting paramecias in Whole cake. Nobody was complaining then. and for Logias, they have been stated to be incredibly rare
