Are bylaws and Immigration Act the same? I saw the video, Kenny wasn't enforcing bylaws but Immigration law. They chased away 200 immigrants and the following day they forced the Chinese people to employ locals. I agree with you that she shouldn't have done what she did

Is Kenny Kunene not in Transport an MMC for Transport?Inspection of labour laws and construction sites does that fall under his department, Transport?Are labour laws by laws?I thought by laws are municipal laws and in terms of labour on construction sites is that a responsibility of the council i thought council approves site,building plans and Inspects the building through building Inspectors to make sure it adheres to approved plan specifications i see both of them answerable in this case had it been department of labour workers Inspecting labour laws and immigration department surely there wasn't going to be a case to sue for!!
