OP is mad she didn’t have the wedding she wanted, she’s a childish selfish person that CHOSE to skip her sisters wedding because she and her husband were cheap and didn’t want to wait. If I was the sister I wouldn’t speak to her again because it sounds like she’s going to be jealous and petty about everything in life, what if her sister buys a nicer house than her?

If the sister paid for everything on her own (or her groom) then OP is the AH. I understand she wanted what her sister is getting but being so jealous that you skip your sisters wedding? That’s lower than low. She didn’t tell you to get married fresh out of college. That was your choice. Now, that being said… if OP’s parents paid for ANY of and not for hers… that’s a different story altogether!
