I rebuild tons of teslas. I buy clear title teslas week. Tesla will flag it salvage even if it’s a very light collision. Easy fix. Pay Tesla $1150 and get back on network. It’s teslas way to drop the warranty. Money grab. It’s a joke. That title is still clean and clear. Tesla is horrible with these

we all should be concerned that a manufacturer and dealer is blacklisting titles..... not insurance, not dmv.... the manufacturer.... Tesla is the first the rest are to come

I’ve had this happen to me multiple times. There’s a recourse program through Tesla. They will inspect the vehicle and if it’s a clean bill of health, they will un salvage it. Otherwise they will give you recommendations on what needs to be addressed before they will turn it back on.

I think Tesla should report to carfax, in order to keep this from happening again! You would not of bought it if it was announced, they should also report to Manheim, Adesa etc as well as Autochek.

Under the terms and policy for Carfax if that's the case they will purchase the vehicle from you it was their mistake that's their guarantee and this being a Tesla and the 2024 it would have been at a Tesla Service Center and would have been reported
