it has worked in Lindsey's favour because now the public can see through the discrepancies in the case, before everybody wanted her hanged but now the public is seeing the other side of the story that they initially didn't know.

In a case where the argument is not innocence but rather insanity (or not), I think it’s important to use expert testimony. And you can’t prove something is or isn’t expert without first knowing its background/credentials. Are they doing it the right way? Unfortunately, yes. Is it boring? Unfortunately, yes. But are they proving their point? No…I don’t think they are. They have a lot of people confused. There are a lot of times I listen to questioning and think “defense is doing great.” Until I realize, “oh, that was the prosecution?” Wth? That’s when I start to question their ethics of the prosecution. It feels like they’re simply bombarding the jury to emotionally persuade them rather than presenting facts to disprove the defense. Idk.

I don’t think that that’s the issue. People are having. I think it’s a fact that she’s playing on the jurors emotions like the fact that she’s been wearing a bow, which was one of the main things. Her daughter used to wear. It’s playing on emotions purposefully also purposely leaving out certain details that had to get re-rectified on the defensive side. She’s doing things more out of emotion than out of logic and facts that’s starting to bother people.

I thought the prosecution is in a good job of delivering the facts without a lot of emotion which is what this case needed. I think the prosecution agrees she has some mental issues going on, but they don’t reach the level of innocence at the time of the crime. They’re following the law.

I agree. The prosecution has a very high burden of proof, and also know that there’s strong evidence for insanity. She tried so hard to get better, the system failed her, and unfortunately this is the result
