@refinedambiance: Trying New Things in Your 40s 🥦✨ Caesar salads are one of my love languages, so when I saw @atlchefd’s Roasted Broccoli Caesar, I knew I had to try it. Needless to say…this one has officially entered my Top 3! 🤤 🥦 Broccoli • Broccoli florets • Avocado oil • Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Black pepper • Crushed red pepper flakes ➡️ Roast at 415°F for about 15 minutes. Every oven is different, so adjust the time based on how crispy (or tender) you like your broccoli. 🥣 Caesar Dressing • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • Juice of 1 lemon • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese • 1–2 tsp anchovy paste • Salt & black pepper to taste Mix until smooth, toss with the warm broccoli, then finish with extra Parmesan and croutons if you’re feeling fancy. I finally gave in and added the anchovy paste…because apparently it’s “not a real Caesar” without it. 🙄😂 Trying new things in your 40s has been one of my favorite series…and this recipe is exactly why.
