Realizing most are there to just suck the hours, if union 8 hours you will get possibly 7 of them being here, and will only work maybe 5.5 or 6 of that. None union guys work harder than union, they care about the job they are doing . Union, I don’t believe they do.

you have it all wrong brother...keep it simple. find the hardest job on site, give it to the laziest guy on the crue and he'll show you the fastest way to do it... thats a mindset and a tool for growth. you're welcome

You nailed it. Took me awhile to stop expecting myself in others. I’m not perfect or the best but I try to do my job to the best of my ability and will go the extra mile every time. That’s why I make what I do and it’s hard to understand why others don’t want the same but some are content with the bare minimum
