Currently dreaming of a Greek island… so this gyros bowl will have to do. 🇬🇷☀️ The closest thing to a Greek holiday in a bowl 🤤 Loaded with crispy fries, juicy gyros-spiced chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, warm pitta and plenty of tzatziki. Finished off with some crumbled feta and a drizzle of chilli oil🌶️ Gyros Chicken Marinade: • 300g Greek-style yoghurt • 1 tbsp chopped garlic • 6 tbsp olive oil • Juice of 1 lime • 1 tbsp ground coriander • 1 tbsp dried oregano (plus extra to serve) • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper #GreekFood #Gyros #Fakeaway #EasyDinner #Foodie
