@thefitnesslady_: If you have one leg that’s stronger and working harder than the other, then the stronger leg just keeps getting stronger and the weaker leg never improves. When you have one leg doing more of the work, your body starts to shift more load onto that stronger side. The more that happens, the stronger that leg becomes and the more it takes over during everyday movements. Meanwhile, the weaker leg gets fewer opportunities to build strength. Over time, that imbalance can change the way you move and place extra strain on other areas of the body, which can contribute to aches and pains in places like your hips, knees or lower back. that's so me bc I've been using the left side for years and more so the last year because I've had 5 hip surgeries in 15 months. one every three months non weight bearing for five months. damn I hope this works
