@alex.mainetti_esq: Could Patrick Clancy changing his shoes change the defense's strategy? And could they bring this in as new evidence? This is the reality of what that looks like in the Lindsay Clancy trial #lindsayclancycase #lindsayclancy #lindsayclancyupdate #patrickclancy #truecrime
Also his email from the surface pro at 5:24!!!!!! So he was still home

the trial is based on the fact that she has admitted guilt. and trying to prove whether or not she was in a sane state of mind or if she was in a psychotic state.
But from everything I'm finding it sounds like she states she doesn't remember anything that happened at that time during that day etc. so it's my belief that she's only saying that she's guilty and that she did it because she has been told by somebody who she respects or somebody that she trusts that she did it. and so she's not questioning that she's just accepting it..
But the more the rest of the world sees the story. and the facts leading up to what happened? and the stories being told by the people that have a vested interest in her being guilty Don't add up or we're finding extra holes.
My point being they need to investigate a little bit more as to whether or not she actually did do it simply because if there is no solid 110% proof that she did it and there are so many instances where it could very well have been Patrick instead and they have not investigated him properly or questioned him properly or even collected evidence properly. there is a chance that he did it instead of her.

he didn't just change his shoes. he had a quarter zip on in CVS and in threeV he had two full zip jackets or something.

It absolutely makes sense why he changed his shoes because the weather was snowing and when he went to CVS he didn’t care for his appearance so he was comfortable wearing snow boots. But when he went to the ThreeV restaurant he wanted to have better aesthetic for the establishment he was entering. That restaurant was definitely a quality environment

the defenses theory of the case THAT WE KNOW OF... but if the state cant even meet the burden of proof which they are absolutely not doing they could adjust there tactics... but hes extremely good at what he does so im just pacing through the weekend waiting for monday 😅

here's my question. all these people that are completely wrong. what does it matter if he changed his shoes in his car? the police investigated him. they would have went through all of his shoes The same with whether he put a jacket on or took a jacket off. it has no bearing on this case whatsoever

A lot of ppl are not realizing that no matter what the lawyer knows or believes he works for his client, he is working defense on the plea she entered …. However it doesn’t mean he isn’t turning curiosity towards someone else and poking holes in evidence ….. if she decided to plea not guilty then it’d be a diff strategy / evidence etc . Also I read it’s less likely she’d be found not guilty so I feel that plea of not guilty by insanity is the smartest move because it makes the prosecutor work to prove her guilt - had she pled innocent that’s harder to win the jury esp in a children’s homicide - he’s very very strategic and very very smart with what he’s doing and going about with this case

Not only changed the shoes but he is wearing a white shirt in one clip & grey shirt in the restaurant. Not only that but the jackets are different too.

What about the sweater? Is the sweater he’s wearing in the CVS video a quarter zip sweater and it seems like it’s a full zip sweater at the restaurant?

If she called him at CVS from her watch at 5:34, then supposedly jumped at 5:35, and Calan was resuscitated at around 6:30-6:40, that would be impossible. Over an hour and they still got a heartbeat? Resuscitation after 20-30 minutes would be a miracle. This whole timeline gives reasonable doubt. If she did it, she had help. 😳

Make a video about IF this case can swing to center around the newly presented evidence that shows he was involved. Because the internet is a buzz with the fact that he’s going to prove it’s him via the trial but is that even possible?
