@andrew.curates: Ingredients Chicken Marinade Coriander powder Smoked paprika Cumin powder Cardamom powder Cinnamon powder Turmeric powder Ginger and garlic paste Cooking oil Salt Marinate for at least 2 hours For the Mandi Red onions Ginger and garlic paste Whole Spices (Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Bay leaves, Black Pepper, Coriander) Soaked Basmati Water Cover with aluminum foil, make some holes, put the chicken on top, let it simmer for about 20mins on low heat Apply the rest of the marinade on the chicken then air-fry or bake at 200°C for about 20mins For Dakkous Tomatoes Red and Green Chili Coriander Ginger garlic paste Lime juice Blend then add salt When the chicken is done add back to the rice, put a piece of charcoal on cooking oil to release smoke then put the lid back on. After 5 mins, serve and enjoy
