Buba Bureka, the Greenwich Village takeout counter devoted entirely to burekas, teamed up with celebrity plant-based chef and Food Network champion Priyanka Naik to create its first-ever Indian bureka. Inspired by Priyanka’s classic samosa, it’s filled with smashed potato, serrano and ajwain, then finished with all the homemade chutneys. Available starting August 7. 📍193 Bleecker St.
