I use it EVERY morning I CAN'T skip it. I've been drinking it for about 7 months and I am hooked 😁I live with a number of chronic illnesses. I am not a man BUT I am here to say it DEFINITELY helps. I can't wait to see where I am at in 18 months after drinking this. I give myself extra time to see results because of my issues. After 7 months I am already seeing some GOOD results getting EXCITED 😊
