1 more option is to steal all Astrid clothes and gear and hit her with a chaos spell and she will kill them for you and then tell you youre an over achiever

I usually take her out. The Dark Brotherhood quest is annoying and repetitive. It's one of those that just endlessly gives you a new version of exactly the same mission.
