Uma #guardacivil municipal da Serra (#ES) viralizou nas redes sociais após publicar um #vídeo ensinando mulheres a verificarem se pretendentes têm histórico criminal antes de iniciar um relacionamento. No vídeo, a policial orienta que a consulta pública de processos judiciais pode ser uma ferramenta de proteção. “Antes de se apaixonar, você já pesquisou o CPF dele? Ou você só descobre tudo depois do trauma? Como guarda civil municipal, eu preciso te dar uma dica importante”, diz. A guarda explica que qualquer pessoa pode consultar processos judiciais por meio do site do Tribunal de Justiça do Espírito Santo (TJES). Segundo ela, basta acessar o site, entrar na área de consultas processuais e realizar a busca pelo nome completo do homem. “Hoje qualquer pessoa pode consultar processos no site do Tribunal de Justiça. Vá no site de busca que você costuma usar e digite TJE”, afirma. Em seguida, ela orienta clicar na opção de consultas e acessar o acompanhamento processual. “Logo vai abrir uma página com o nome de processos. Clique em consulta unificada e nessa barra de busca você digita o nome completo dele”, explica. Ao final, a guarda reforça que a consulta pode ajudar mulheres a identificar possíveis sinais de risco antes de se envolverem. “Se entre esses processos estiver Maria da Penha ou medida protetiva, vale a pena dar mais atenção. Não é sobre julgar, é sobre se proteger”, afirma.
