I make fresh frozen pizza all the time. I make the dough from scratch. you par- bake your dough for 5 minutes then pull it out and put your toppings on there flash freeze it then wrap it in either plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

Lou Malantis par cooks the dough then adds sauce and topping fresh at their restaurants. Those frozen pizzas taste almost the same as in shop because you are doing the cooking
