Don’t know about the sales team but I would say they have the best service team. Brought my car twice and they gave me a loaner and I was out within 15 minutes after dropping my car off. The service advisor was on point with the repairs and maintenance I needed and with communication throughout the process.

Sewell are the best dealership’s by far. Had multiple Sewell vehicles over the years. Try going to Mercedes the woodlands and see how you’re treated

That’s insane!! We just started getting Sewell dealers in San Antonio, and their customer service has been fantastic at Sewell Land Rover and Sewell Cadillac

Maybe it’s you? I’ve had several Mercedes and all have been serviced at West Houston. Every time has been an outstanding experience. Expensive? Yes, but that’s just Mercedes (BMW too for that matter).
