I had contact dermatitis and it spread everywhere on my body. It was very annoying and it was like patchy and scaly. Try not to pick at it because it will scar. I will say now it’s been like 5 weeks and it’s healed and is better now there is just a little discoloration but I was happy in the end because it made my face clear !!

Use an emollient like Aquaphor or Vaseline. Do not put any skin care or soaps with active ingredients on it. Just use anti bacterial soap. It will go away in a couple of days.

This happened to me before! Ceraphil moisturizing lotion for normal to dry skin! Everytime your skin dries, re apply the lotion!! I was able to heal it in about two days! But you have to slather the lotion and message it in and not rub it off

use aquaphor on the dry spots when u get out the shower while they’re still wet, hydrocortisone during the day when it gets dry again and don’t use heavily scented soaps
