[EIRENE] is the Greek word meaning [PEACE] Strongs #1515. Also translated as [SHALOM] in the Hebrew language. Occuring over 100 times throughout the Bible, EIRENE/SHALOM is defined as; "a place of rest, calmness, quietness, repose, tranquility, a place of order, absence of strife, freedom from enmity or war. A state of reconciliation with men and God." Noteworthy, EIRENE is also the word for which the country "Ireland" was named. Compare the following verses: "The (true) way of peace they have not known." Romans 3:17 "YHWH turn His face toward you and grant you His shalom!" Numbers 6:26 "If not, while the other is still far away, he sends an ambassador and asks for peace. "Luke 14:32 “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of YAHWEH !
