When I get triggered I get angry and violent sometimes, not towards anyone but I’ll punch walls, throws things, break things. Of course I absolutely hate it but it’s like the only way I can FULLY calm down, I am diagnosed with bpd and ptsd but I just get told I’m disrespectful and I genuinely just don’t know how to regulate it. I’ve been in dbt twice (once when I was 14 and then 16,) I’ve been in the beginning of emdr (13) then my therapist left and I never did it again. I feel like I’m kinda a lost cause, I’ve been hospitalized 14 times and I just don’t know what to do. Is there anything you think I should talk to my doctors about?
