@mrsriver10: RECIPE❤️ Spicy Marinated Crab, Soy Braised Beef & Steamed Shishito Peppers 🦀 Spicy Marinated Crab (3 packs of cleaned frozen crab) No need to thaw! Just rinse under running water, trim into bite-size pieces, and drain well. I freeze the big legs to use for soup broth later. Sauce * 3/4 cup sugar * 1 cup gochugaru * 1 1/2 cups anchovy fish sauce * 3/4 cup sesame oil * 1/2 cup minced garlic * Black pepper * 3 jalapeños * Sesame seeds Mix the sauce with the crab and refrigerate for 1 day before eating. 👍🏻 -Soy Braised Beef (2 pieces arongsatae/beef shank) Soak in cold water for 1 hour. Simmer in plenty of water over medium-low heat for 1 hour. Slice, then return to the broth. Season with: * 2 parts soy sauce * 1 part cooking wine * 1 part sugar Bring to a boil, add quail eggs, and simmer for 15 more minutes. Let cool completely before refrigerating. - Steamed Shishito Peppers Wash and remove the stems. While still slightly wet, add to a zip bag with 2 Tbsp flour and shake to coat. Steam over high heat for 2–3 minutes. Let cool for a minute, then toss with the sauce. Sauce * 1/2 Tbsp gochugaru * 2 Tbsp soup soy sauce * 1 Tbsp plum syrup * 1 Tbsp perilla oil * 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic * Chopped green onion
