Unfortunately, in today’s economy, it is unrealistic. Even if you lived in a one bedroom and didn’t have childcare a one bedroom apartment these days runs about $1500 so that would take up what 98% of your income and you’re only left with $200 for the needs which thing you would still have water electricity, Internet, cell phone bill and possibly car insurance. Let’s just say your car is paid for. I would say if it’s a single person maybe altering the percentage rule for needs, once in savings would be more beneficial to maybe the 6030 general, or 60 2515.
