@b1gbimbo: honey sriracha salmon baked sweet potato 🍣✨🍠 cut a white sweet potato in half lengthwise, drizzle with a little oil, place face down on a baking sheet and bake at 420 for 30–35 minutes then cube 2 salmon fillets and toss with: - 1/4 cup honey - 1/4 cup sriracha - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil let it marinate for 5–10 minutes, then air fry at 400 for 10 minutes for the dressing, mix together: - 1/3 cup soy sauce - 1/3 cup rice vinegar - 1 tbsp chili crunch - juice of 1 lime then add: - 1 large cucumber, diced - 1 1/2 cups edamame - 1 sliced jalapeño - 1 diced avocado mix everything together and let it sit in the fridge while you prep everything else for the best flavor :) once your sweet potato is done, top it with the salmon bites, drizzle with spicy mayo, add a big scoop of the salad and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds! this combo is seriously SO good and makes the easiest high protein dinner!!
