Remember how a week ago I made this post saying that, in my opinion, something would happen right after? Well. Like clockwork. 😂 Prediction confirmed ✅ When you’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself enough times, you eventually stop being surprised. At some point, you simply learn to recognize it and you can almost predict the next move before it even happens. It’s not about having a crystal ball. It’s about paying attention. Something happens that shifts the attention in a certain direction, something that could leave room for interpretations that clearly aren’t the ones they want to encourage…and then, shortly after, the counterbalance inevitably arrives. The “right” content, at the “right” time, with the “right” people, to steer everything back into a much more convenient narrative. And once can be a coincidence. Twice, you can still give it the benefit of the doubt. But when the same mechanism keeps repeating itself, with timing this predictable, it becomes increasingly difficult to look at it and pretend that everything is completely spontaneous. This time especially, you can practically see the planning behind it unfold in real time. Watch V throughout the entire part leading up to that exact moment. He keeps looking toward JK, almost as if he’s waiting for a specific cue or for the scene to reach a very precise point. And then the moment hits. He immediately turns toward the audience with that visibly satisfied, almost smug expression. That reaction says everything to me. They got exactly the shot, the moment, the reaction they wanted. Bullseye, I guess. It doesn’t come across as something that just randomly happened on stage. The sequence itself makes it look calculated: •the waiting •the glances •the timing •that expression the second the “moment” is successfully delivered. Exactly what he and the company had orchestrated. 😉 And that’s exactly why a week ago I said: just wait, because I think something is coming. And here we are😂 If this isn’t fake and orchestrated, then honestly, I don’t know what is. The most frustrating part, though, remains exactly the same: JK doesn’t seem to be able to freely do something, be loud in his own way, or show what he genuinely wants to show without that action immediately producing some kind of consequence. Every time he does something that steps even slightly outside the expected lane, something else seems to have to come along and “rebalance” the situation. A piece of content. An interaction. A carefully timed moment. A specific image put back in front of the fandom. And by now, we’re used to that too. That’s what makes all of this so easy to read: I’m not looking at one isolated episode, I’m looking at a sequence of behaviors that keeps repeating itself over time…and this repetition that makes the mechanism painfully recognizable. So when it happens, I don’t think, “wow, what a coincidence.” I simply think: There it is. Right on schedule. 😂 Real freedom would mean being able to do, post, show, or not show something without every single gesture needing to be followed by some kind of narrative counterbalance. But apparently, at least for now, every action still has its reaction. And we’ve seen this script play out enough times by now to know how it ends before the next scene even begins 😉
