Yeah. AI music absolutely should not be eligible for royalties. What is the IP that they own copyright for? The autoremixed sample of successful real musicians' work? The exception would be if they wrote the lyrics or the melody or whatever themselves - as much as its kinda weird to close the gap between that and a full song with AI that weird, poor decision wouldn't make any part of the work that *is* original no longer be original...

1. this is not technically a response to the lawsuits, its more a way to partner with more companies… 2. WMG, Universal, Sony and even Spotify are all in the coup… They are not trying to make people happy but they are trying to make their pockets happy. It always angers me all of this because their end goal is clear, make AI inaccessible to the masses and make it that big companies control it all. The fact that AI can replicate voices… TRUST ME, labels want that for themselves. Im not trying to be pro-ai here, I am very in the middle when it comes to AI. Although this is a reality no one sees and its dangerous !
