Just insurance dropping it from its formulary so I’m paying out of pocket. I can’t take Synthroid. NP is the only thing that works for me.

I’m paying out of pocket for Armour, insurance won’t cover it. I was on synthroid and it wasn’t working. Armour is amazing but paying out of pocket sucks!

My Dr has talked to me. I can still get my NP, I just have to pay out of pocket for it, which I can get it cheaper than what insurance charges me.

I just got my denial and had to ask my PCP for a pre-authorization. If she doesn’t do that I will be calling my endocrinologist’s office today.
