go to citizens advice, they be able to help you log a complaint with the council for free and they should have planning permission

1: check your property boundary lines. 2: if they’ve breached them, get in touch with your local council as it’s a planning issue (as well as a safety issue). 3: get in touch with your MP. they’re often useless, but might be able to tell you which other services to contact
