Pretty sure MoPar filter is produced by Wix parent company Mann Hummel which is the reason they are pretty much the same. Just different branding label.

Lots of companies make products for other brands. For example, when I worked for Tenneco Automotive we made shocks for AC Delco, Napa and several other brands. The shocks would come around the conveyor and into the paint booth and be painted blue and packaged as AC Delco, then there’d be a changeover and the exact same shocks were painted yellow and put in Napa packaging. Same shocks, part number and everything just different color and packaging and most certainly different price at the parts store.

if there is an issue at the time of oil changes, it can be filling the oil filter up with oil or not filling.

A cheap filter is fine on a normal car if you're chaning the oil every 4-5k.
