as someone who repairs these everyday, you're fucked 😭. Supervisor password is a BIOS level security, if you send it to get it fixed, we'd charge you another Motherboard

Since you are bios Locked depending on your model you might be able to use the backdoor failsafe, it’s talked about in here but I’d research your model first https://www.cocosenor.com/articles/computer/3-ways-to-unlock-bios-password-on-lenovo-thinkpad-laptop.html

Comments full of larpers, reinstalling anything on the hard drive doesnt do anything when theres a password on the bios.

Wow, these people surely don't know Thinkpads... Or tech in general. Removing the CMOS won't do much, as the supervisor password is stored on a physical chip, so even doing a windows reinstall won't do anything. Buying another BIOS chip? The cryptographic keys will be mismatched. Reprogramming the BIOS externally? Probably the only solution.

reflashing the bios chip seems like the only way, other than swapping out the mobo itself

you can actually remove a bios lock but its insanely hard and if your finger even slips your whole computer is fried i saw someone do it on a older thinkpad just search your thinkpad model up and see if removing the bios lock is possible. WARNING you have to interact with the bios chip to do this one slip and your whole computer is gone.

So many options to solve a problem. Doesn't help that OP seems to not have given a better description of the problem.
Oh well. Best of luck out there
