I used to run WIX only on everything but I been seeing a lot of TikTok’s about how WIX has changed and their filters aren’t as good as they was, so for the last couple months I’ve just been using OE filters….. do you know anything about WIX changing??

I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado it cost me around 80.00-85.00 to change my own filter and oil. The filter cost me 15.00 and then 8 Quarts of oil

K&N stopped making oil filters for my vehicle, now I go with OEM. Any other suggestions? 2017 Subaru Crosstrek limited. I live in Alaska and drive about 8K miles per year, but I plan to drive down to Michigan next year (moving there). I change my oil 2X/ yr.

Cut open a CAT filter… that should be the industry standard for filter construction. If they only made filters that fit most smaller engines, the engines would last longer with good filtration.

You’re not being fair on the review you haven’t done oil test, engineers creating this filter see the effectiveness and you’re going by a price 5000 mile oil changes
