I am a lot like this, I’ve visited places and changed a lot lately, left parts of me and old patterns behind, along with people I used to love and care about. I’m still shaping my own identity and exploring and traveling helps me a lot with this, but I still crave a place to call my own sometimes, a place to call home, with people who are waiting for me to be back and I struggle with this still. I don’t know if I’ll ever find balance between these two needs I have, since they’re quite opposite…

We are not meant to be individualistic, loan wanderers. Back in ancient times banishment was the worst punishment for a reason. It's important to travel, to see new places and experience the World. But if you don't have a "village" to return back to, you will always be vulnerable.

I entered college late, im 25 and about to go to year 2. its requiring for me to stay in my hometown. its not great here, but I struggle to appreciate whats good about like mom. that being said, i cant wait to cast my sails after graduating. its going to be great.
