One Pan Creamy Chicken Bacon Pasta Ingredients • 6 slices bacon, diced • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon paprika • Salt and pepper, to taste • 12 ounces bow tie pasta • 2½ cups chicken broth or water • ¾ cup heavy cream • 1 block Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese Directions 1. Add the diced bacon to a large skillet or deep pan over medium heat. Cook until crispy, then remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan. 2. Season the diced chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the same pan and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken and set it aside with the bacon. 3. Add the bow tie pasta and the chicken broth (or water) to the same pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook according to the package directions, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and add the Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. 5. Mix in the shredded Colby Jack cheese and continue stirring until melted. 6. Return the cooked chicken and bacon to the pan. Stir everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce and heated through. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
