Clear indicator he’s over leveraged. The saying “if you buy luxury make sure you can afford 3 of them” holds true here. I won’t buy a watch until it’s a fraction of my networth then I wouldn’t need to worry about it.

He simply purchased it for the wrong reasons. This is why he felt the way he felt. I’m sure many people can relate but there are others who purchase a Rolex for the love of the brand and watches which is the real reason you should buy it and than you will 100% enjoy it.

Same concept for all the luxury items 😅😉. Be a minimalist and use the extra money to enjoy buying good food, travel, donate to any needy organisations etc. The satisfaction and gratification will be amazingly unbelievable 😊

it was not about the Rolex, it was about his scarcity mindset, he cant afford they Rolex, when you can afford something, You don't care if it scratch or you loose it.Because if you loose it, You just get another one.

All Luxury is fake, only marketing to make you believe you will be a better person! Non is true, my money I prefer to travel and enjoy moments with my kids and family, this is the most important thing.

I think buying a Rolex is supposed to be more than just trying to look cool. It should be something you buy because you appreciate the watch as a reward for something you achieved or simply because you genuinely like it. If owning it makes you anxious about getting a scratch, losing it, or keeping it safe all the time then maybe you bought it for the wrong reason. You should enjoy the watch not be scared to wear it.

Everyone enjoys things in their own way. If you have the means to buy whatever type of watch you want—expensive or not—that’s your choice and your joy. Don’t worry if your Rolex gets scratched. That’s what they’re made for: to be worn and enjoyed!

I bought my BB58 because it’s a well built machine with great maritime development. Also, never buy any luxury item that you can’t replace the same day if you lose it. Also, buy something that brings you joy and don’t concern yourself with what other’s think of you. I wear my watch everyday without worry.
