Girl, I’m with you. I used to have an Instagram account actively posting videos, spending tons of time editing videos, making up the ideas and so on. I gained 44K followers and my videos went viral with multiple millions of views. The only thing I “earned” was a cat scratcher. Insta doesn’t pay for views. And then one day my page was blocked by meta. All new accounts I created were blocked too. But after all of that now I really understand what it is to be a content creator. Unfortunately for most of people it’s just “doing nothing”

Facebook is even worse. They suggested I share my videos to groups and then took away my monetization for "Spam" because I shared to groups.
