@🖤Me: Just here to say, a crushed thyroid is also a result of strangulation.....like the children....why would she attempt/plan 3 different self unaliving methods? That's overkill. As a nurse, she would know the correct pressure needed for the cuts to not be superficial, she wouldn't need the bed to throw herself out the window, and throwing yourself out the window wouldn't result in you smacking up against the wall (almost as if you "slid down like Spider-Man") or scenario B- was pushed out the window with not enough force, banged against the wall, landing on her head, crushing downward crushing her thyroid first then snapping her spine.
