Victoria had a kidney infection which prevented the transplant before the deadline ….her kidney’s are failing and in order to proceed with a kidney transplant you have to follow protocol ie. Infection free certain conditions such as lab levels and screen thoroughly for active infections, hepatitis, or cancer. This is kinda misleading. He was already scheduled to go to jail. But he’s lawyers kept postponing saying he needed time to give his mom his kidney. He’s not being forced to give up an organ.
