@mamawgailcooks: Elvis Presley Pie 🎤🍌🥜 Recipe from: @Southern Comfort by Brandi 🤍 Ingredients • 1 graham cracker pie crust • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (for the crust) • 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened • 1 cup peanut butter • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, divided • 2–3 bananas, sliced Directions 1. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust, saving a little to drizzle on top later. Set aside until the peanut butter firms up. 2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. 3. Add 1 cup peanut butter and mix until creamy. 4. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. 5. Stir in the vanilla extract. 6. Fold in a heaping spoonful of Cool Whip, saving the rest for the topping. 7. Arrange a layer of sliced bananas over the peanut butter in the pie crust. 8. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the bananas. 9. Add another layer of sliced bananas. 10. Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture on top. 11. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pie. 12. Warm the reserved peanut butter for a few seconds and drizzle it over the top. 13. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
