we bought a house from an 80 y/o woman - only owner ever. the lawn really is in disrepair and 99.99% weed. we started pulling sections at a time and putting down bermuda but we can’t keep up - they just come back. we’re in south florida and i’m almost at the point that i’m just gonna let the weeds takeover. any advice?

ok im struggling here bought home corner lot bus stop for schools is on my lawn and there are no side walks trying to get the lawn to thicken up and kill tye weeds taking over the high traffic area from tye stop not sure what I need to do
