INGREDIENTS 🪴 - green mung dal soaked overnight - oats - pink salt TADKA INGREDIENTS (roasted seasoning) 🧂 - ghee - cumin seeds - whole black peppercorns RECIPE 👩‍🍳 1. add oats & mung dal (along with the water you soaked it in) to an insta pot. 2. cook on manual mode for 25 minutes. 3. crush cumin and peppercorn in a pestle and mortar. 4. heat up ghee in a pan and add spices. this is called a tadka. 5. once the kanji is done in the insta pot, add tadka and season with salt to taste. 6. serve and enjoy feeling nourished all morning!
