If it were the City of Los Angeles, you wouldn’t be pulled over for that. Apparently, the city Council think that it’s constituents are so broke, it made a lie that the police can’t pull you over for expired tags or tinted windows… and a few other things. 🤦🏻♂️

This could have just been a simple ticket. She refused to take the citation and refused to get out of the car. So her actions of not complying led to this arrest. People, please, just keep your tag, insurance, and driver's license active and current and then you don't have to deal with cops and go through this, ultimately.
