@ovp_ph: OVP DELIVERS RELIEF ASSISTANCE TO CAGAYAN VALLEY Even before Super Typhoon Inday made landfall in Northern Luzon last month, the Office of the Vice President Disaster Operations Center (OVP-DOC) and the OVP Cagayan Valley Satellite Office (OVP-CAVSO) successfully conducted relief operations in the Province of Cagayan to assist affected families, especially fisherfolk unable to venture out to sea due to the severe weather. Thanks to the proactive prepositioning of relief goods and close coordination with Satellite Offices and local government units, the delivery of necessary assistance to affected communities was swift and seamless.
