this is why shopping malls are dying. the plaza is going to see a dramatic decrease in customers once the rebuilt East hills mall (I think they're renaming it city lights?) is up, even though we aren't getting good stores.

If you charge for prefered parking, I need it to be valet. I'll drop off my car at the entrance and they park my car in an oil stain free parking space. And when I am done, bring me my car to the entrance for me to get back into. If we're gonna try and be like L.A., do it right or don't do it at all.
