i say “you guys have everything you need? ketchup? napkins?” (insert common go-get-em things) AND for drinks instead of saying “another?” i say “can i get you a top up/fresh one of those”? ur righhht the language you use is everything.

This might be one of the ONLY things I disagree with. I’ve served in several levels of dining for almost 10 years. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t walk up and immediately say “My name is David” I asked how their day was and if they’re local or visiting. Then I hit them with the “My name is David and I’ll be taking care of you tonight”. LOVE your content bro, keep it up 🔥
