When the Bible says that God “does not desire anyone to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance” at 2 Peter 3:9, it does not mean that everyone will automatically be saved. Notice the key word: repentance. Jehovah does not want people to perish. He lovingly gives people the opportunity to repent, change their course, learn about him, and obey him. But he does not force anyone to do so. Jesus made this clear at Matthew 7:13, 14 when he spoke about two roads. One leads to destruction and the other to life, and he said relatively few find the road leading to life. So there is no contradiction. Jehovah wants everyone to choose life, but he allows each person to make that choice. That is actually why Jehovah has been so patient with mankind. As 2 Peter 3:9 says, his patience gives people time to “attain to repentance.”

God wants all of us to be in Heaven, but he wants us to choose him out of our free will, letting him know we truly love him, thats why some people go to hell because they didn't choose God, and he/she might say "if God is ever loving why will he send people to hell?" God doesn't send people into hell, He just lets you go there because thats what you want, Like I said, God is ever loving, he wants us to be with him, but he can't do that because that would be forcing people, so he lets us choose him from free will, God bless

Any of His sheep, any believer in Christ. Whatever God Wills then it comes to pass, always. If God meant any person that ever lived then everyone would be saved but we all know there are people in hell. We all want everyone to turn to Christ & be saved, that would be great! But it isn’t going to happen. I’m thankful He made some to differ (1 Cor 4:7). If He hadn’t then we’d all be damned.

He not willing anyone to perish because is not our fault we were not there when Adam and Eve eat the tree that was commanded not to eaten but they did. So God is willing that everyone would be born of his Word a'd be baptized with His Spirit and live by Faith
