I've been learning so much about the difference between Hadith and Sunnah! It seems the Sunnah of prophets was for their contemporaries. The Quran points to Allah's Sunnah and a book of guidance as what remains.

it’s actually scary to me sometimes how close hadith followers come to shirk by almost worshipping our prophet. of course he is supposed to be our best example but Allah never commanded us to become carbon copies of him. and when the whole “the messenger is supposed to explain the message so that’s why we need hadith” is also crazy because an explanation is just rephrasing the same thing in a way to make others understand it more. it’s not adding things in and changing things and that’s exactly what hadith does.

You're redefining Hadīth as "living Sunnah". You've contradicted yourself in multiple ways in a single video. For example, the definition of Sunnah and Hadīth, you need to pull the definition from the Qur'ān and not external sources as per your own Usūl. The "Living Sunnah" is also an external source transmitted orally (Hadīth = speech, remember?😏) so you've again betrayed your own alleged Qur'ānic Usūl.
